Breakfast – 3/4 cup Fage 0% Total Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and 1/2 cup raspberries; Lipton white mangosteen and peach superfruit green tea
Morning Snack – 3/4 cup Fage 0% Total Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp clover honey; water
Lunch – Safeway Signature Cafe Apple Walnut Salad with 1 tbsp EVOO and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar; Lipton purple acai and blueberry superfruit green tea
Afternoon Snack – 3.5 oz sugar snap peas; water
Dinner – 6 oz. grilled chicken breast; 1 cup steamed broccoli; 1 cup raw baby carrots; Lipton red goji and raspberry superfruit green tea
Dessert – 1 cup Hagen Daz blackberry cabernet sorbet; water

I should have made time for some movement today, but I chose to do other things. I met all the requirements for the diet today and feel pretty good. I’m finding that I regularly want a dessert/late evening snack, so I think I need to work on altering my meal/snack schedules a bit. I’m missing my starchy food a little, but not enough to make me eat any. Tomorrow I have to take my NCLEX test and I’ll need to pack a decent snack. Probably the peas and an apple with some water. I was happy to see the scale going down already, but I’m not putting a whole lot of stock in my scale just yet. I need to get habits made before I worry too much about the actual weight coming off.
